个人简介
现任首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院内分泌科主任、国家代谢性疾病临床医学研究中心分中心主任。担任中华医学会内分泌学分会委员、中国内分泌代谢病联盟委员、中国医师协会内分泌代谢医师分会委员,北京医学会内分泌学分会副主任委员,北京内分泌代谢病学会糖尿病分会主任委员。主持国家自然科学基金5项,北京市自然科学基金重点项目、首都临床特色基金等、首都医学发展基金等。
2022年入选北京市登峰人才;2016年入选第七届“全国优秀科技工作者”;2016年入选北京市“高创计划”领军人才;2015年入选北京市百千万人才工程市级人选。以第一完成人获北京医学科技奖。
致力于糖尿病、肥胖、甲状腺疾病的临床与研究工作。对糖尿病心血管病变,妊娠甲状腺疾病、肥胖、肾上腺疾病等有深入系统研究。课题组对糖尿病促进心血管疾病的机制研究、以及治疗手段,处于国际先进水平。对甲状腺功能减退诱导心肌损伤,甲状腺激素敏感性降低影响血脂紊乱及同型半胱氨酸代谢,加重心血管损害的研究成果,得到国内外认可。作为负责人,牵头多项国际、国内多中心肥胖临床研究,对肥胖状态下内分泌激素的改变及调控,有深入的理解,在国际上较早报道肥胖患者脂肪组织胰岛素抵抗与雄激素水平的研究。成果发表在国际权威学术杂志Nature Medicine (IF:82.9)、Science (IF:56.9)、Metabolism、Eur J Intern Med、J Clin Endocrinol Metab等。第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文100余篇,累计影响因子600,被SCI引用2000余次。
